Currently, Mathew focuses on shaping OroSoft’s product vision, forging strategic alliances, and guiding the company’s growth as it drives digital transformation across the precious metals ecosystem.

Jacob Daniel, is a technology-driven leader who has played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution. With a strong engineering background, he led OroSoft’s technology vision for years as CTO, driving the development of Neo Financials and the Neo Trading Platform by transforming complex requirements into seamless digital solutions. Having transitioned to COO, Jacob now combines deep technological expertise with operational leadership to accelerate execution, innovation, and scalable growth across the organization.

Ramya Vijayaraghavan, brings over two decades of experience across telecom, ITSM, and enterprise software. She began her career as a Java engineer and advanced through system development and large-scale project delivery for global clients. With OroSoft since 2013, Ramya previously served as Delivery Manager, driving execution excellence and client success. As CTO, she now leads OroSoft’s technology vision, focused on building robust, scalable products and enabling high-performing engineering teams.
